Special Forces Association "Teamhouse"

Updating your Member Profile on Teamhouse is essential for maximizing your SFA Membership benefits. Initially, all Active Members had generic profiles created, which lack detailed information. Updating your profile helps you connect with members of similar interests, old teammates, and those in your vicinity or places you visit. Ensure your contact information is accurate, as it is the primary means for SFA and your Chapter to reach you. Your information is only visible to members, not the general public. Completing the Interests section can enhance your membership experience, and noting your SF Group affiliation is beneficial for reunion and event notifications.

Updating Your Member Profile

 - Login to Teamhouse by selecting “Member Login” in the upper right corner  and entering your User Name (email address) and Password.  Are you a first time user?  Enter your email address and then click on "Forgot Password."  Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you with a temporary password.
- Once in, hover over your Username in the upper right corner and select “Profile” from the pop-up menu.
- Update your "Basic Member Information," "Standard Member Directory," "Business Directory," and "Interests" in the "Your Website Functions" section.

Basic Member Information
- Verify and update your name, address, phone numbers, and email address.
- Indicate your preference for receiving the newsletter (The Drop) in print or downloading it from the website.

Standard Member Directory
- Enter your Member Bio Settings and update your visibility setting from "Do not list me in the directory" to a preferred option.
- Add a photo and a biography, including both military and post-military life.  This information is useful for others to see.

Business Directory
- Enter up to five businesses to your profile, which can be useful for members in your area or those visiting.

Your Website Functions
- Click on "Interests" to enter information that can help members with common backgrounds, special knowledge, and specific Chapter contacts.
- Once these steps are completed, you can fully participate in the SFA TeamHouse network. For assistance, contact your Chapter's TeamHouse Coordinator.
